Putting the African Butterfly in your hair is quick and easy. Here are instructions that will assist you using a simple bun.

Fold your hair into a bun on top of your head. While holding the bun with one hand, keep your African Butterfly comb on the finger tips of your other hand.

Behind your bun, slide the butterfly's first comb snug against your head.

Your butterfly hand now holds the bun through the beads, leaving the other hand free.

Pull the butterfly's second comb over your bun. After turning it, push in the second comb firmly behind the other side of the bun.

Push both of the butterfly's combs together to interlock them.
